GLOBAL CHALLENGE, LOCAL IMPACT

As we push towards a global circular economy, we must be mindful of local challenges and opportunities. Perspectives on waste will differ from region to region, community to community — and the transition will not look the same everywhere.

That is why the No Waste Challenge is working closely with partners in six major cities to offer additional tracks inspired by local perspectives. If you’re applying to the Challenge from Amsterdam, Delhi, Mexico City, Nairobi, São Paulo & Rio or Tokyo, we encourage you to use this research to guide you towards smarter and more impactful solutions.
