Co-Shipping is a web app that lets local communities shop online in groups, reducing the need for multiple shipments of items. 

Here’s how it works: 

1. Head to Co-Shipping and enter your post code as well as the URL of the store you wish to order from. 
2. You’ll be notified when at least two other people in your post code have signed up to order from the same store. This is your shipping group.
3. We’ll create a channel for you to communicate with your shipping group. This is where you can share your Carts, nominate a mutually convenient delivery point, and request PayPal payments from your shipping group members. 
4. As the initiator of your shipping group, you’re responsible for placing the order and collecting it. But we can give you an email alias to use so that all communications go straight to your shipping group channel.

Co-Shipping helps promote mindful consumption while reducing the footprint of online shopping and the ‘last mile’ delivery of items. Grouping orders together with others in your community means less packaging, less traveling, and reduced harm to the environment.
