Denim is a staple element in every wardrobe consumed throughout the world. Pakistan is one of the prime exporters of denim goods. There are about 40 major players in the denim industry of Pakistan which produce more than 60 million meter fabric per month. 7 % rejection is viable in Pakistan. As per this ratio every month 4.2 million meters (approx.) is rejected, out of this 4.2million meter 75% is consumed by local manufacturer and rest of 25% is completely wasted. Which is left unsold, discarded off or sold to thermal energy producers, which are used as a raw material alternative to wood which is the source of air pollution and one of the biggest pollutant that is ash. As per UNDP research 10000 liter water is required to make single pair of jeans (from seeding cotton to finished product). So, wasting 1.5 meter of fabric is equivalent of wasting 10000 liter of water. We use that rejected stock as a raw material and convert that in value added products by managing all the faults and variation during cutting of fabric by applying different techniques. we also use rejected threads, buttons and other waste to assemble our jeans. Our products are denim jeans (men, ladies, kids) denim jacket, denim shirt, denim bags and all the products related to denim. our products are 100% fault less. We sell these products to generate revenue. We are having more than 25 customers round the country and working with some foreign customers indirectly.
