Long description

“edish” is a sustainable and circulate tableware made from food waste – bran, tea leaf, vegetable skins by our original technology. Used “edish” are transformed into compost with leftover food and used at farmers to grow vegetables, resulting in a circular process. It aims to establish the Recycling-based Society by not recycling, but by upcycling the food waste.
