I already run a project called Flow Now since 2019. My mission is to unite business and consciousness. I teach potential leaders how to create projects and business that will bring sustainable solutions for them and their communities, circles, cities. The purpose is to bring any kind of positive transformation and impact for the world, begining with avaiable resources right now. I use an essencialism mindset in everything I teach them. Now my business needs to be scaled, I am already making some changes, but I need some help to reach out the next step. It includes 3 actions:

• 1st – to implement the first social LAB program, inviting 10 potential leaders of favela Paraisópolis of São Paulo. I will teach and mentor them how to create their projects. The purpose of this action is to empower the community and bring solutions for main chalenges they live today. The potential leaders will be chosen by the favela’s leader, Gilson, a partner of Flow Now.
• 2nd – to create a digital platform for all the entrepreneurs that are already running their business/ projects and need an incentive, a support to be seen by people. Also, the platform will work as a networking place for exchanging and experiments with creative economy.
• 3rd – to create relevant and mindful comunication as videos & a mini documentary , to show the importance of transforming business into an impact tool for the world’s regeneration.
