Long description
We are an organisation that aims to raise awareness on environmental degradation through fun, interactive and localised multi-platform educational content for children through easily accessible technologies. These include: eBooks, Gaming Applications, YouTube videos, Storybooks, USSD, TV Shows and Radio Shows.
Research shows that it’s hard to change the mind-set of adults because habits are more engrained in the mind. We therefore, opted to use children as our target market because habit formation happens between age six (6) to nine (9). Children are also powerful agents of change; they can easily influence their parents, teachers and people in power.
Our aim is to broaden the knowledge and understanding of environmental education in children which is limitedly covered in the formal education system in Kenya. This will eventually reduce mindless consumption and consequential waste.
