We promote and incentivize the recycling culture by paying a card or APP, electronic money, by exchanging the weight of kilograms and turning it into PECOS or “Ecological Coin” so that it can be used in the purchase of goods or pay for services, or donated to foundations or NGOs that contribute to the care of the environment or the health and empowerment of the families most in need. The only way to keep the balance in your wallet is by recycling, and therefore our card is not a debit, credit or prepaid card. The model is based on a circular and sustainable economy, which encourages society to separate its waste it acquires in shops such as packaging, containers and wrappings, whether glass, metal, plastic, all derivatives of paper cellulose or cardboard and/or textiles, as we also receive electronic waste, and all of these are separated at home, office and workspace, so that they then arrive at our plant and are selected by color and type of material. Once separated, they are compacted and sold to recycling companies to return them as raw material and to produce new recycled products. The model has been successful, but now we are redesigning to be in all cities and states of different countries. It should be noted that there is certain waste that cannot be recycled for which we send to cement incineration furnaces as a substitute for fossil fuel, and to reduce as much as possible.
