Greenplast is a technology which reduce carbon footprints while disseminating colored plastic littering in urban and suburban areas of Dar es Salaam by proper waste separation and unlocking the value of separated waste transforming colored bottles into light frame building materials, household furniture, and tiles(floor, Ceiling, roof and wall tiles). Light truss and timber are used to build contemporary timber houses deploying cement and water in construction hence cut the cost of construction

Need or opportunity  addressed by the venture 

1. Increased plastic pollution: Plastic mitigations have adversely affected all life aspects including economy, health and environment quality. Thus, emergent responses like bottlenecking are highly required.
2. Housing deficit: The sub-Saharan Africa residents suffer from a housing deficit which is accounted for by the expensiveness of cement and cement based building materials. Thus, a cement substitute is required to reduce the severity of deficit by cutting the cost of construction.

3.Rejection of colored bottles in plastic recycling: This has been a mega problem worldwide, colored PET bottles are usually rejected by recycling plants or companies. Thus, quick remedies are called Solution

1. Depollution and dissemination of plastic in our environment
2. Employing fusion technology to transform plastic scraps into light truss frames and furnitures.
3. Maxima consumption of colored bottles.
4. Waste management
