Organizing an essential part of India's waste management sector for it's better handling.
Long description
Every morning, my common acquaintances are people carrying a bag larger than their own body hanging behind their back, searching for something which will turn their day up. So, these people belong to the Indian rag picking sector, the basic task of people belonging to this sector is to segregate the waste according to its value, and sell it to the recycling center, isn’t that we want to achieve; but here comes the fix, this is a highly unorganized, unpaid sector of 1.5 million people, who face problems related to safety, access to drinking water and food every day and often the waste collected by this sector remains unrecognized. So, let us come up to the point now, at present rag-picking is an activity where human eyes pick out valuables from waste and help in reducing waste from the globe, and in India, they do that for free; So, why can’t we incorporate them in an organization, which will pay a certain amount for their work every month, and ensure that they have all the tools they need for performing this activity safely. The basic task of this organization will be to take the recyclable waste from them and make revenue by selling it to recycling industries, this revenue will be used to pay its employees and for the services. So, the development of this will result in the recognizing of waste that is unrecognized now and will result in its safe recycling.
