Any incentive and punishment policies that city managers have considered for this issue contain many strengths and weaknesses that are not possible to implement each of the plans and ideas alone.   In this idea, we believe that with the potential of school students, we can see a great and valuable happening in the issue of waste.Due to the vivacity of childhood and adolescence and readiness to do homework and learning, Students can be like an ambassador in any home to be responsible for collecting and managing household waste.They can design and execute plans for this process as a mayor for the home. In addition to benefiting from this great capacity, our cities can train people for the future who have been seriously concerned about waste management since childhood. Undoubtedly, students will also come up with valuable ideas during their school years which can also be used to design appropriate and motivating platforms. Those students who have practiced active participation and participation in urban affairs in this program, will have more participation in other programs of the city. At this stage, we do not need up-to-date and advanced technologies to solve the problem of high volume of waste generated by cities, although these technologies should be used in other parts of waste-related processes but We can use the spirit of cheerfulness and happiness of students at the stage of separation and collection at the origin.
