I´M NOT A PLASTIC BOTTLE

The plastic in single-use bottles has become a global scale problem. It’s the main problem of pollution in our oceans.

This project is based on replacing the PET bottle with a compostable  one made with natural Polymer. A biodegradable polymer that comes from natural products.

We have investigated to produce the bottle, cap and label with this polymer to replace the plastic. All the materials, including the inks in the label, come from a vegetable polymer.

This production process allows the production of a bottle that is both friendly to the environment and does not generate hazardous waste for sea waters or natural environments.

PLA is a naturally occurring biopolymer derived from sugars or plant residues. It is an environmentally friendly material.
