Inhabit is a project designed for the construction of a collective learning space where each of us contributes significantly from their experiences.
Long description
What do we know about our ecosystem? What do we hear from him? What do we know about the city? Why do we see rivers, seas or mountains as a landscape? Do fishermen, who live by working in the water, see the river or the sea as a landscape? What is a landscape? What were cities like many years ago? How did the coastal landscape change? What would the first inhabitants of our territory think if they saw the buildings, bridges, monuments? What about the garbage we produce in cities? Where is it going? What can we do to contribute to the care of our land, of our water? Through art, our five senses, conversations, experiments and reflections, we will collectively make the world a better place through this workshop.
A workshop designed for the city of Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina but easily replicable in any city in the world. Aimed at children between 8 and 11 years old and teachers.
The experience concludes with a final presentation that will be held virtually due to covid reasons. The material and the conclusions will be used to support the teaching work in schools. Free software platforms will be used to weave networks between institutions.
