Long description
A prolonged pattern of excessive consumption in Colombia in the city of Bogotá leads to environmental degradation and the potential depletion of the planet’s resources, since there is not an adequate distribution of textile waste resulting from post-consumption, due to scarce collection scenarios and
due to the absence of information and incentives towards those who wish to consume them, thus preventing the adequate recovery of said second-hand clothing from taking place.
The objective of our project seeks to help the environment, reducing the consumption of the textile market through a system that will be developed through a web page that will allow us to simplify the process of collecting second-hand clothes without leaving home by offering a service of door-to-door transportation; the clothes collected will be made available to trained personnel for subsequent classification according to the needs and specifications of each company associated with the project, making this a contribution from the reuse of waste as a resource to social causes through donations.
