Nidaria is a loss and waste food service collector that combats climate change by preventing it from ending up in landfill and emitting greenhouse gases as they decompose.

At Nidaria, we transform any type of food waste, from fruits and vegetables to sausages and fish into ingredients for animal feed. We do this through a patented microbiological process which allows us to obtain these ingredients (safe, natural and free of antibiotics) in a 120 hours time limit.

In addition to mitigating the generation of greenhouse gases, in Nidaria, we prevent all the resources that were used for the production of food that was wasted, such as water, energy and farmland, from being thrown away since it returns  to the value chain.

The production of these ingredients, which have high percentages of digestibility, are channeled to agricultural producers in the rural area of ​​Mexico City. These ingredients make it possible to generate a circular economy and promote natural and sustainable food production which contributes to achieving food sovereignty.

Given the characteristics of the process, it can be done at any scale and can be applied in any type of generator, from homes to the food industry.
