Plant Box

Long description

The plant box is a planter with a design that is able to be completely deconstructed and when being put back together, it doesn’t require any bolts nor glue. This product is based on the ethos that designers should start creating products with the end of its life span taken into consideration. In this case the box is able to be taken apart and recycled appropriately whereas products that utilize glue and plastic can never be discarded properly.

​In the rendering it utilizes plywood and metal, however I’d like to use more sustainable materials such as bamboo, recycled steel and/or other recyclable/recycled materials.
