Being both  architects and manufacturers, we believed that we can introduce something innovative that can make people’s life easier and have a positive impact on our environment and society. Hence, we came up with our architectural product: “Reblox”

Reblox is a recycled plastic building block. This block is used in building modular applications/solutions like walls and furniture. Reblox applications are easily installed and dismantled by oneself (Do it yourself). On the other hand, these modular applications can be reused/redesigned for a complete different application using the same blocks of the previous application which does save money. 

Specs:

1. Thermal Resistant grade: Saves up to 50% from the energy consumed for cooling due to its good thermal transmittance factor (U-value: 0.2 w/m2k),compared to red bricks.                                  “Energy simulation modeling, Design Builder program”
2. UV Resistant grade: For outdoor use.
3. Fire Resistant grade: No ignition when it exposed to fire and it meets UL94_V0 standard.     “Test held by the Egyptian Plastic Technology Center”

4. Water Resistance: Almost zero% absorption.
5. Compression: bears 10kg/cm2. “Held in German University in Cairo labs”
6. Weight: 10.5 kg/m2 Vs. 100kg/m2 in red bricks.
7. Endurance: Heavy duty and can be redesigned continuously.
8. Screw-able.
9. stick-able.
