Siguida Lakana specializes in the production and marketing of ecological coals from household waste and the production of 100% organic fertilizers for farmers and florists. We sell better quality at affordable prices compared to our competitors on the market.

In most African countries, mainly in Mali, coal is the main source of energy. This use of its unsustainable fuels leads to increasing drought and lack of water in some areas during the winter months. According to a report published by the WHO in 2016, there are nearly 800,000 deaths in Africa related to wood smoke and charcoal.

Access to energy, which is increasingly seen as a fundamental right, is a necessary condition for any development process. Two billion people around the world depend on wood for their domestic energy needs.

Approximately 80% of Mali’s economy is essentially based on agriculture, however, it is slow to develop due to a lack of adequate materials and poor quality chemical inputs.

Our targets are mainly households, markets and shopkeepers who sell charcoal in detail for ecological charcoal and in relation to organic fertilizers: market gardeners, farmers, florists, agricultural cooperatives and state services within the framework of state subsidies.
