The smart solar bag is an innovative and disruptive product. It´s about designing the product considering its life cycle, adopting a methodology on human and the environment centered:
– ZERO WASTE: Our product adopts compostable materials, bio techniques or reuses waste (ex: fish skin); it’s also facilitates the recycling of its own components and acessories. The solar panels, batteries and other sensors where designed to be easily detached for their recycling or replacement.
– Social impact and placement of content through objects: The new version of the bag is dedicated to Amazonia, it is made from the pirarucu fish skin, to draw attention to the importance of this fish in the fishing community of the Riverside populations. The accessories are made from local wood waste sculpted by local artists. In the business model, a percentage of the products sales go to research.
– Using high technology to reduce the carbon emissions: The bag is like a portable generator of free energy that uses third generation’s recycable organics solar panels.
