Transforma BOPP

The Transforma BOPP project aims to insert BOPP into the recycling flow in Brazil. In addition to promoting the recycling of post-consumer BOPP, the project aims to produce composter systems with recycled BOPP and to carry out composting projects and community gardens in vulnerable communities in the city of São Paulo. To bring visibility to the project and define the benefited communities, we will issue a public notice to select organizations that work in vulnerable communities in São Paulo. The selected organizations will receive training and follow-up to implement composting, urban agriculture and income generation actions in their communities.

O projeto Transforma BOPP visa inserir o BOPP no fluxo da reciclagem no Brasil. Além de fomentar a reciclagem do BOPP pós-consumo, o projeto visa produzir composteiras com BOPP reciclado e realizar projetos de compostagem e hortas comunitárias em comunidades vulneráveis da cidade de São Paulo. Para trazer visibilidade para o projeto e definir as comunidades beneficiadas, realizaremos edital para selecionar organizações que trabalham em comunidades vulneráveis de São Paulo. As organizações selecionadas receberão treinamento e acompanhamento para implementarem ações de compostagem, agricultura urbana e geração de renda em suas comunidades.
