Moldable mass made from various solid residues.

Long description

Our proposal is to repurpose solid waste that has little appeal for reuse in the recycling market, that is, even though it can be recycled, there is little demand for it. In this way, we collaborate with the reduction of the environmental impact generated by improper disposal.

The transformation of these materials generates a moldable mass of great plasticity, which results in innovative, ecologically correct, low cost products, in an industry of low environmental impact, and can be used for various market segments.

We chose the civil construction segment where it is more effective, in terms of quantity, to remove this waste from the environment. Among them are paper, cardboard, wood, glass, polymers, coffee grounds, and used coffee filters. In a test phase, we have rubber waste and civil construction waste.

The production process is simple, does not require high technology or skilled labor. This will allow us to hire, directly or indirectly, people in poverty for a dignified job. We also aim to educate these people, through workshops, about improper disposal and how we can transform this waste into something important.

In our production process we manage to use about 95% of our own generated waste, including the water used in the process.
