Long description

This project realizes a sustainable recycling society, which aims to decrease a great number of food waste in Tokyo, leading not only to decreasing the amount of carbon dioxide but also to revitalizing agriculture.  We will collect food waste such as vegetable peelings and hulls in university campus or company cafeterias, and recycle them as fertilizer by dehydrating processers.  This fertilizer can be used to cultivate vegetables and provide consumers with ecological food, creating a ‘true’ sustainable recycling system.
