Due to pandemic, consumer’s purchasing channel is rapidly shifted from in-store commerce to quick commerce (express delivery in 30min to 1hr). But that current on-demand delivery system is economically collapsed because the actual cost for delivery is over the delivery fee paid by the customer, and it result to 50% markup of the product price, which is not affordable for most of people.

Our placed commerce platform allows retailers/brands to popup micro store in their customer’s home where people can get items with 0min. wait time, accessible 24/7. Since the micro store is shippable from their warehouse via the standard carrier and delivered to the customer’s doorstep with smart lock security, it requires no replenishing operation and no extra cost for express delivery by gig workers.

The micro store works like a minibar tailored to you that turns your room into a hotel room. It’s delivered to your doorstep weekly basis and swap the last week’s one with a new one. No need to operate replenishing, no camera/RFID system is integrated, so that it’s the world’s most simplified, cost-efficient vending machine. We select items to ship based on AI/ML algorithm that model is trained based on each customer’s shopping history, what they didn’t select, what added to request. It’ll be able to keep the weekly unsold rate under 10% and the delivery cost rate per item sold under 5%.
