Waste To Wealth

• The project connecting 3W uses fabric Waste material, convert them into products (Wealth) through Women led enterprises.

The project Connecting 3W intend to use fabric Waste material, convert them into products (Wealth) through Women led enterprises.
The fabric waste generating from designer garment houses, export units is sold at scrap rate and is cheaper to procure. Sometimes it can be procured without any cost for bigger social impact.
Tisser has worked with women led enterprises and upskilled / empowered them to make multiple products from this fabric waste.
The 3W project will support 6 such already established and networked centers
It will empower 100 women in each center to generate livelihood through structured intervention under the project. They will be provided with sustained livelihood opportunities thereafter resulting in positive socio-economic impact.
3W Project has Scrap Fabric based Products which are based on market research and has fusions of art forms with higher quality finish and lower production cost.
The centers will be empowered to handle production and dispatches like a proper production house like an independent business.
